Best apartments in the area ! Apt. is nice and assigned parking and trash pick up a big plus. Extremely safe environment and only residents have direct access to get in. Staff are Great! Manager, Amy sees that place is kept nice and is always available for any help you need or questions. Professional and shows she cares. Service manager, Charles is friendly and most helpful. He keeps the building in great condition and is ready to help you with a problem in a moments notice. All residents are really nice and share many activities. Nice to live in a friendly and caring place.

I'm currently at Snowden Creek Senior Apartments. It's a very good place. The apartments are spacious. The people are quite wonderful, and there are lots of activities and things to do. It's pet-friendly, too. They have one- through three-bedrooms, and I'm in a one-bedroom. There's an arts and crafts room, exercise rooms, a great room for get-togethers, a kitchen, and a large outdoor patio. The great room has a large bookcase with many books that anyone can borrow. There is a full staff. There is a maintenance man, there's trash collection right outside the door. The facility itself is very nice.

Cooks

The rooms are very spacious and since the building is new, everything is very modern. In particular, the Great Gathering room is a fabulous open space area that accommodates a lot of the planned social activities. The residents in the building are like family. We are also blessed to have staff members who genuinely care about every resident. Living here reminders me of my neighbor when I was a kid in the '60s. There are at least 2 evening social activities a week. There are many other weekday activities as well. We recently had a grand feast resident-organized BBQ cook-out - which was really enjoyable.

Snowden Creek seemed to be a very nice community. The staff was very, very nice. We looked at a 2-bedroom, and it was beautiful. I just think that they're very phrased with everything that they say. I didn't get the chance to see too much because they were under construction still when I went over there, but I think that it'd be a very nice area.

My brother is very happy with Snowden Creek. He does his own cleaning in his apartment. Most of the amenities are shut down due to COVID, but I think they have activities and that kind of stuff. They don't provide meals. It's just like a regular apartment. The facility is brand new.
