I will compare my experience to customer service. The social worker was very nice and helpful but kind of loud. It was a beautiful place with flowers and nice pictures. The residents looked very happy and the nurses was kind. They did look very busy, and since it was such a big nursing home i was scared my uncle would not get the attention i wanted him to. I did not like the fact that there was carpeting in the facility. Carpeting in a facility hold a very great amount of bacteria and germs. I personally think that is very disgusting. I do not know if they keep the carpeting related to cost or not but i really do not like it. But overall my experiences at Eunice Manor was wonderful. Some area had a urine smell but i am sure it was due to the incontinent residents. I hope my review helped

This place is terrible. The administrator is loud and intrusive. She does not allow simple things like safety belts, she would apparently rather the resident fall and break a bone. The nurses were very rude, CNAs are not well trained. The DON can't make any decisions because the administrator doesn't allow it. There is poor continuity of care due to high turnover. The fall rate is very high. It seems like more attention is placed on the building than the people inside it.
