I went and visited Beaver and Adams Senior Apartments. The visit went fine. Everybody was very friendly. They're pet friendly, too. It's very secure. The doors are locked, and they have an intercom system that has to be called and then they let you in. I saw a one-bedroom. They have laundry hook-ups in apartments, but most people don't put laundry machines in their apartments. They use the ones that are on the floor, the staff said. I saw a two-bedroom-one-bath apartment. There were no extra fees except the application fee of $50. The apartment was supposed to have new flooring and a small kitchen. The only utility necessary to pay for is electricity. The facilities were very clean, even the laundry rooms.
