My family member has been staying at Parkview for a couple of years now. I have to say that I have been pleased with the overall care that has been given as well as the changes that have been happening. New management seems to be on the staff more to do their jobs and customer service has improved. I am pleased that my family member is there and sleep well at night knowing she will be taken care of...

My grandmother fell twice at home, but she fell six times at Community Parkview. Some of the staff are short-tempered. She's been shoved in the bathroom before because she wouldn't go down and eat with the rest of the people. And I wouldn't eat their food. They're charging the residents $65 a day, so I think they should have gourmet food. My grandmother don't do much of anything out there. She's 90 years old, but she doesn't want to be around people in wheelchairs.
