The Coventry Apartment Community serves low-income residents (over the age of 62), and rent is based on income. All of the units at The Coventry are one-bedroom style apartment homes with similar, spacious layouts. Every apartment includes a large bedroom and living room, as well as a kitchen and private bathroom. Water, sewer, and trash removal services are included in all resident’s rent. Electric charges are reimbursed through a utility allowance for each unit, which is based on annual average usage. Individual apartment homes have wall-to-wall carpeting in the living room and bedroom, and resilient vinyl flooring in the kitchens and bathrooms. All kitchens are equipped with wood cabinets, and built-in electric stoves and refrigerators. Most units, above the first floor, also have sliding glass doors that open to allow residents access to their own private balcony and views of our picturesque property.
