My wife has not yet moved into Country Lane Memory Care Assisted Living, but they appear to have enough staff to care for the number of residents that they have. It's a newer facility. It's probably only three years old. It's very clean and should be a good fit based on the other clients that are there. I toured with the owner of the facility, and it appears to be a top-notch facility. He was very accommodating, and he answered all my questions. They seem to have the ability to know what the residents are going to need and so they have full RNs on duty. It appears that they keep all the residents very, very busy based on their activity schedule. When I was there, everybody was engaged in some activity, and I didn't see anybody hiding out in their rooms, so that was a plus.

The people there are very caring people. The assisted living is exceptional. The residents meet and do things together. It's not like other places were residents are isolated in their rooms. All the personnel are very friendly and will do anything you ask them.

I believe that all people should be treated decently not talked down to or belittled because they cannot do certain activities. Management staff is not approachable and I had terrible time getting a call back . Still never recieved a phone call back from the administrator and its been weeks.

My mother moved into Country Lane sometime in March. It is very clean and there is plenty of staff available for her if she needs help with anything. They have been great so far, and I think my mom appreciates them. The rooms are very large with two double beds, a bathroom, a closet, and space for a chest, a dresser, and a recliner. There is plenty of room in there. They have other rooms in the facility; they can sit in the living area they can or go into the TV room, and they also have a very nice patio. It is a new facility that;s only been open since August. My mom says the food is good. It is a country setting and a very nice place.
