First and foremost, Autumn Accolades is a first rate facility. My mother lived here for almost three years. My wife and I both think that she got the best care possible while there. The food is prepared fresh each meal and the head cook rotates the menu so it is never repetitive. The whole facility is clean and well kept. The staff is professional and caring. They have an activities director and she is always doing some fun project with the residents. The owner is on site almost every day and she and the manager ensure that resident safety and comfort is a priority. From the cost viewpoint AA is very attractive. We researched other facilities and most could not come close to the prices that AA charges. I highly recommend Autumn Accolades for someone who need this level of assisted living.

Wonderful atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. The place is fairly small which can be good or bad. If you're used to a lot of activity around you there will be an adjustment period. They do have almost daily scheduled activities but are sitting vs active such as bingo, cards, or arts and crafts. The food is very good within the limits of institutional and better than at larger places.

There can be no better place in the world than Autumn Accolade. Everything from the food, the accommodations (private rooms!) and the certified Alzheimers and dementia care are outstanding. And the most important thing, the caring, wonderful people who work there, and know how to make it a home. My dad is so happy there. We are blessed. Thanks Autumn Accolade!

Autumn Accolade facility was maybe just a couple years old. It was a really nice place. My grandmother was there for about 10 months. It has a very homey feeling, very caring staff, very comfortable surroundings, clean, and didn't have smell or odor like a lot of nursing homes. The accommodation was very nice. They come in and clean, they change sheets, and do the laundry. They did have activities on their calendar. On Sundays, people would come in from area churches and they do bible studies. They also have bingos once a week and special themes on holidays.

This is a wonderful facility that is tastefully decorated yet still cozy. The great room has a beautiful fireplace and seating area. The dining area has wonderful oak tables and chairs. It does not feel "institutional" at all. The facility is certified as a Alzheimers unit and this training shows in the staff interactions and conversations. I trust the staff to take excellent care of my family member, keeping her safe and comfortable.
