Reflections Memory Care - Chatham is absolutely a wonderful facility. It really is. They are very caring people, and Laura, the administrator, is excellent to work with and talk with. Nurse Patty is also fabulous. She's my hero. So, they have all been completely wonderful. My sister has eaten there with my mom, and she said that the food's actually quite good. I have another sister from Florida who said that she was expecting it to smell like a nursing home, but it does not. It is spotless and they have done their best to make it seem very home-like. They have a pharmacy on site, a doctor that comes in to visit the residents every two weeks, and physical and occupational therapy. They also have a beauty salon where somebody would come in for their hair needs. Although my mom has not really participated in the activities, they have them available. Then they also play bingo, watch TV, make drawings, do adventures, and just other things like that. They have an outdoor courtyard where, when the weather's good, families can visit there.

I have been very happy with the staff and management at Reflections. At one time, both my mother and father were being cared for at Reflections. Having been a frequent visitor of the facility, I can tell you my loved ones were very well taken care of. The rooms and grounds are clean, the food is good, and the nurses are very patient and caring. You would be hard pressed to find a better care facility for your loved ones.

Our experience at Reflections Memory Care - Chatham has been favorable, so far. It has a good atmosphere. For the most part, the aides are cooperative and helpful, and the administration seems to be responsive to any concerns. They are very good to assist with short-term appointments that you have to make, even on the same day. They serve three meals a day and also have games. If the family wants to meet or have a meal together, they have accommodations for that. It has numerous nooks where people can talk confidentially. They transport my mother to her doctors' appointments and assisted us in getting her wheelchair.

Reflections didn’t have any room, and we needed something quickly. It was very nice, seemed to be clean, and there was plenty of staff. As far as I can remember, their price was very comparable to the one we put Mom in. Of course everything has to be locked down, but it seemed like they had plenty of areas for parties or group activities. Reflections was nice, and I would recommend it from what I saw.

I visited Reflections Memory Care, and the facility itself was very nice. I checked some of the references, but they were very helpful. At this time, I have decided to leave my mother where she is. The rooms were really nice, and the facility is almost brand new. I saw the dining area, and it was very nice, open, and had lots of table.

Reflections was just fine. The staff was very qualified, and they did their jobs very well. It was a high-level establishment. The facility was well-maintained.
