My mom is at Residential Living Center. I am pleased with it. The staff are very gentle and caring. The room she is in is a one room apartment , and it is nice for what it is. The bathroom is handicapped accessible so that is good. The meals I am not quite as happy with because I have to remind them often that she needs fruit and something to drink. There no longer have activities, and every resident is room-bound. They now do nothing. There is an outdoor patio which they can use in the summertime. She is in the memory care unit, so they have a fence around it. They have an activities director in the regular residential care, but I don't think they are doing much because of Covid.
