I like everything about HearthSide Sugarloaf, but it's kind of tricky to get to them. I have no sense of direction, so it takes me a minute to find out how to get there. The living spaces were small. I live in a house, so everything is just small. However, it was clean, smelled fine and it's easy to access. I like the fact that you have to ring to come in. The doors aren't wide open, so that's a good thing. They have a library and Wi-Fi. The staff who gave the tour was very nice, and accommodating, and explained everything to me.
