Welcome to Legacy at Walton Mill! The Legacy at Walton Mill is a 3-story Active Adult community with 105 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. This community is all tax-credit and for adults 55 and older; there are no market apartments available. The Legacy at Walton Mill features a Legacy Center with library, gathering room, theatre and resident lobby as well as a beautiful courtyard. A full event calendar is in place as well as residents meeting and initiating their own activities. In addition, this community is a Breathe Easy smoke free community. Security Deposit: $250 Application Fee: $13 for each applicant Waitlist: We are currently working off of a Wait List here at the Legacy at Walton Mill. We have a 50% Income Cap Wait List and a 60% Income Cap Wait List. To apply for the Wait List, go online to www.waltoncommunities.com. Click on our property and then click “Apply Now!” Once the online application is completed, you will pay a $150 (refundable) deposit. Should you be offered an apartment, the Wait List deposit will apply toward the $250 Security Deposit. There is also an additional $13 application fee. Income Information: Cannot exceed the below annual income cap to qualify, but must make the minimum monthly income as listed upon in the “pricing” section.
