My mom is at WellStar Paulding Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. They're very good with them, they take care of them and watch over them. The staff was excellent. The food is very good. They play bingo and they play ball.

The facility is quite dated and the staff does the best it can with that. The food was awful and not heart healthy at all. The co.mumication between the facility and family was definitely lacking. Definitely not deserving of 5 star rating although it would've been nice to experience the level of care that warranted that because we definitely didn't see it.

The staff has been great and that is the only reason I gave 3 stars. Since the new owner has taken over, the residents are not a priority. The food is absolutely disgusting. Some days, my mother wasn't even able to identify . Most days it was cold. No snacks are provided. The rooms need updating. Furniture is old and scuffed. Bed mattresses are minimum requirement. My mother was there for rehab. I feel really bad for full time residents. Do not put your loved one here. There are more options.

My wife moved into Wellstar Paulding Nursing Center. The facility is well managed. The care is pretty well managed. The food is really good. I haven't had any specifically difficult issues with them. I've had some concerns, but they address everything I've asked for. The place is clean and well kept. For an older facility it's in pretty good shape.

They let my mother die her sugar was 600 and never did blood work on her and die 7 days later The help was a joke They let her set in piss all day we had to clean room went in and found food setting there all day pills in her chair Doctor never call on anything Take pictures and write down everything you see this is a 0 star

I did a tour of Wellstar Paulding Nursing Center. It looked really good, and the staff was really friendly. The room that I saw was a single bed with a bath, and it was really clean. It would have been my first choice, but they didn't have any openings. They were full.

My mother-in-law was at Wellstar Paulding Nursing Center. It was good, and they were good. The staff all helped me with someone who comes to the house to do the rehab because I cannot drive that much; I had a stroke. There are some nice apartments for seniors. They kind of got a new cleaning crew because the floors were nasty before. Plus, they hardly changed my mother-in-law's sheets, either. They did not change her bed at all when she was in there, and she was there for two weeks. The people were nice; the nurse and the therapist were really good. They were a lot cheaper than other places.

Wellstar Paulding Nursing Center looks great. The staff and services are good. The communication with the staff is good. My mother is in the memory care center, so most of the clients are brought to the dining area to eat, and the food is around average. They have different church groups and music groups come in and different activities every day that are above average. The room is homey and clean, and she has a roommate.

I went to Wellstar Paulding Nursing Center and I did not like it at all. It was clean. The staff looked great. They looked fine. It looked like they were very caring, but the place was in a little bit of disarray. It is an old building, and they need a new one.

I could not ask for a better place for my grandmother. They made her feel as if she was valued. The meals were on time, and not to mention that since it is also a hospital, the medical care was on point. They truly saw to my grandmother's needs and made it easy for us in the family to have peace of mind in having her there.
