I'm at Calirosa Winter Park. It's very well maintained. The personnel are awesome. They go out of their way to help you out. My interaction with the staff is very good. I have to prepare my own meals though. The activities are awesome. They have activities all the time.

Calirosa Winter Park is a luxury 55+ apartments. The reason I like it the most is because it's nice and it's close to my home. Also, it was more my parents' style. It was just more luxurious and still has a lot of the same amenities they use, like an inclusive pool and a nice gym. It's very secure. There are gates and you need key fobs to get into the building. So, it's very safe. It's brand new. It was only built a year ago and they've been very nice about me coming back and looking at it. I even talked to a few residents who say it's the best place they've lived and they love it.
