Kenwood Place Apartments

I live at the Kenwood Place Apartments. Kenwood is a nice place to live. For senior citizens, it's kind of high. But you have to pay because it might keep going up every year. Right now, it's $1,108 for a two-bedroom and we don't have like one and two-bedroom apartments here. They have a theater room, a library, and a pool. And they always have games and movies, and cookouts at times. You have a lot of people that participate in stuff like that.

I went and toured Kenwood Place Apartments. The place is very nice. The people were very cordial. The maintenance person who showed me around was awesome. The facilities are very nice. My favorite amenity was the pool. They have a computer room and a library with puzzles. They have things that would interest people. Everything is really contained inside. One of the things that I think is really important to have is a place with nice staff. They were very nice. To me, that is really important. They supply appliances, too. They have everything including your washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. They did a very nice job with the tour. There were two staff members, and they were very kind and very thorough. They were very professional, too. Everything was very nice, neat, and clean. They have an area where they can gather and eat as a group, but they don't serve meals there.

Kenwood Place Apartments is like a resort. It's beautiful. It is wonderfully designed. There appears to have a lot for the older people to do. The layout looks very easy for older people. Heck, I want to move there. It's so beautiful and it's so private where it is located. You wouldn't even know there was a community out there because it's properly placed. They have an excellent location. Surprisingly, the staff who accommodated me was very professional. She's extremely well. She was wonderful. Everything looked beautiful, they even have gardening.
