I moved into Silver Pointe at Leesburg. I like it so far. It's nice and quiet. There's a nice swimming pool, shuffleboard, outdoor cooking, and a horseshoe thing. Every month, there's what they call an ice cream party, and I went to one yesterday. They had cake there, and ice cream, all you want, and it didn't cost me anything. Everybody likes my dog the way she is. She's my service animal. It's pet-friendly, and it's a good community. I walked around it before I even signed any papers. I talked to the residents, and they have been there for over 20 years. I had a problem with my mailbox key, and it wouldn't fit. The guy came over and said, "We'll get another key for you." They helped me really good. They said next time you come up, just go to the office and get a new key. There's a bus stop right in front of the place, and it comes by every half hour. I don't even need to take my car anymore. The place is in excellent shape. The manager was so polite because I didn't know anything about computers. I had to get my dog registered, and I gave her the paperwork, and she's all set. They have games, bingo, and checkers. You can bring your own game and teach people your game. They've got almost any kind of game you could think of. They've got a nice community place if you have a little party or something. You can get people over and have a get-together. It has a nice, comfortable place where you can just sit and relax and read your books. Everything is brand new in there. This is much cheaper and much friendlier than other places, and I love it. I was asking for a one-bedroom one-bath, and that was $1,200, and I got a two-bedroom for $1,023. I even got a dishwasher in there. It's close to stores that I use. I use Walmart, Aldi's, and Dollar General. Everything is right there, and it's within two to three miles. There are a lot of restaurants not that far away and banks.
