I toured Melissa Grove Apartments. I liked the cleanliness, the hospitality, the attentiveness of the staff, the security, as well as the availability of community space. They were very accommodating and very knowledgeable. They were top-notch.

I visited Melissa Grove Apartments. The customer service was great. What I don't like is where they're located. You'd have a very hard time finding it, but it's gorgeous. It's by Vestcor and it does excellent buildings, but the rooms did not have enough footage. It's clean. They were on their way to have a senior citizen club or something when we got there. I met a lot of nice people. They need more staff because she had to go and give an application to another client and I had to wait on that. They should always have somebody when you walk in. They had a bowl full of candy because it was Halloween.

What I liked best about Melissa Grove was the layout of the apartments. They're very spacious and they had open floor plans. It was very nicely laid out. What I liked the least is they don't have a pool. They don't have as many amenities as the others. It's a rather small facility based on what I've seen with other independent living places. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a pleasure working with them. Cleanliness was very good. It's a three-story building and there's really nothing special about it at all. I felt very welcome. The sizes of the rooms were very nice.
