I toured The Residences at Monterra Commons. They have amenities that are out of the world, a chef down on the bottom floor, and an in-room nurse who will check on you every day. They have events and things that involve the tenants daily. They give classes. Everything is just top-notch. The staff were not there on the weekend, that's the only thing I didn't like. The staff is only there Monday through Friday and late Saturday and Sunday, they don't have staff. They just have security. There's a resident nurse who still comes and checks on you, but as far as staff in the building, there is nothing. There are beautiful cabanas around the swimming pool. Everything was brand new. It was only a year old. There are exterior garages and storage. If you want for 50 bucks, you can have a storage bay to put your things in or bikes, cars, or whatever. I thought that was pretty nice, gated property, and good security all the time. They have a movie room where people can go watch movies. It's got a great banquet room if you want to have a party or a meeting, it's got a computer room. It's got all the bells and whistles.
