I'm at the active living community of Pescara Lake in Bradenton, and it's 100% great. It has a beautiful heated pool, a putting range, a dog park, and a large lake that I can fish in. It has more activities than I can keep up with. Every day, there are activities like bingo, pool league, get-togethers with food, and there's going to be a Valentine's dance and a Super Bowl party. There's just something all the time. There's someone coming in to cook breakfast on the 31st for everybody, and it's all free. They have card playing and a nice library. I can't even name everything they have. I chose this place because I wanted a place with lots of activities to keep me busy, and let me keep my dog and have a place for it to go. I cook my own food, but they have a lot of carry-in meals here. The lawn is beautiful, and they water it twice a week. For what I'm paying, I get all that plus high-speed internet and cable. I do pay the electric bill; my first one was $90, and I don't think that's bad.
