"I love Oak Hammock, but I need half a million dollars to get in there, and I don't have that kind of money. Oak Hammock is a wonderful place for somebody that has a great amount of money. It is fantastic! It is independent and also when you give them your half a million dollars that guarantees that they will also give you assisted living and intensive care if you have Alzheimer's or something. It is a great deal, if you have half a million dollars. They have awesome activities. They are connected with the university. You have a lot of classes, and it is wonderful place to be. They take you to the opera and to the theater and all these stuff. They are really very good, but they are only for rich people. I visit them several times, and the staff is amazing. In fact, if I had half a million dollars, I would be there today. Their apartments are very spacious. Their houses are spacious as well. The accommodations are very fine. I just don't want apartments, I want a house. They have everything. It is expensive, but they have excellent care. I will recommend Oak Hammock for people who are wealthy. "
