Fall River Apartments is not a very good fit for me because I have a dog, and they have me on the third floor, so I have to take the elevator to get the dog out and do that kind of thing. However, they're very well organized. The building is probably five or six years old, so it's very modern, clean, and neat. They have a lot of stuff going on. They are a happy group. They're primarily women, and there are probably 10 guys here. They have a gym and a community room where we have all kinds of parties and celebrations and stuff like that. It's not huge. It's simple living, which is fine with me. Most of the people here are in a walker, a wheelchair, a mechanized wheelchair, or something like that, and so they appreciate the elevator feature part of it. Most of them are not very well off financially. They're just very nice, simple people. The staff members are still in their mid-to-late thirties, and they're very lovely people. They do what their boss tells them to. They run a good ship. The building is only five years old, and everything is very well kept. We create activities on our own. They have parties and games and that kind of thing. As for the value for money, it's based on your income, so it's different for everybody. I'm delighted that I only have to pay $1100 a month because I only bring in $2200 a month as my income, so half of that is my rent.
