I liked that the Villas at Mesa Ridge was quite new. Our tour guide was very young and kind of new, so she wasn't able to give us as much information. I met some of the residents, and I liked them. The value of the apartment was incredible. I was going to get a studio for 602 square feet in another facility, but at Villas at Mesa Ridge, they had 1141 square feet with two bedrooms, and two baths, and there's even one that's 1598 square feet. So, they were much larger. They have a clubhouse, a community room, a library, a computer center, a picnic area, and a barbecue area. So, it's more like an apartment building.
