I have lived here for almost four years. The grounds here are always manicured and clean. The maintenance crew is always quick to address the apartment issues and quick to fix anything that is needed. Office staff is friendly and willing to always listen. Although one staff member, John, needs to step up his customer service approach to tenants here, and not be so rude and threatening. I minus one star for that. The Calendar events, management offers here are always wonderful and Edna does a fabulous job in organizing them. There has been one event that Bonnie has placed on the calendar this month for pet owners that is called, Dog Behavior Training. This was a wonderful idea on her part, as it helps those of us with our dogs, with such issues. Kudos to her. And the best part is, it is free. Normally a $150 an hour teaching. Pool and Spa are clean and are always heated, BBQs work wonderfully and is always nice in the summer months to enjoy with family and friends. Pool and Spa is open every day of the calendar months.

I visited Casa Escondida about a couple of months ago. The staff was very friendly when I was toured around. They even showed me a couple of apartments so that I would have an idea of what a studio or a one bedroom apartment looked like. They showed me a storage next to each apartment too. They also showed me their grounds, the pool, and the recreation room. In the recreation room was a flat screen tv and sometimes different program of activities. In fact, I was given a calendar of events for that current month. They really had a lot of activities there from watching football games, to bingo and dancing. They had parties too. Everything was right there, so you wouldnt try going anywhere. I haven't tried eating there, but I know that they had a place where they could have a breakfast every Sunday. The community itself was just a walking distance to a few grocery stores and fast food places. For security purposes, they had a button in each room that can contact the staff anytime. I thought that was fantastic. Everything was very clean and well kept indeed. If I could just afford the place, I would certainly live there.

About three months ago, I moved to Casa Escondida. The place is very nice and the people are very friendly. I really liked it in here. We cook our own food.
