"I'm in Wildomar Senior Assisted Living. My caregiver is Isabel. She does many jobs. She does clean our room and do the laundry. She's kind. She goes out of her way. She's all around humanitarian. My apartment is small and convenient. It's two people in one room. Thy have activities, volleyball, UNO, bingo, and trivia. We have a beauty salon, library, and you can walk around. This place is more than 12 acres. It's beautiful. There's a lot of butterflies, hummingbirds and big flowers. We have meetings, so we can improve it, so that's a good thing. I'm happy here. The staff is great. They're gonna get a new chef in a couple of weeks. The facility is accessible."

"I toured Ivy Park at Murrieta, and I almost went with them. The thing I liked most was their very friendly staff, who were very accommodating. Their food was top-notch. It's even better than the other place. It was like restaurant-style food. It was so good and would have been a doable place, but it cost more. It's a very new place, so that's why it's bright. It was even brighter than the place I would have to go to, and the rooms were very nice."

"Brookdale Murrieta was a little expensive, but it did have a nursing staff, so I liked it for that reason. The rooms were very nice, and they were upstairs, but there was an elevator. The place is beautiful, nice, and well-kept. They have different activities and a game room. The dining room is so nice. It's like going to a restaurant because there are white tablecloths and the day's menu is on the table. The food is very good. "

"I liked Westmont of Riverside a lot, but it was very huge for my sister. She probably would be better off with a smaller facility. I saw a cafeteria. I saw two studios. I saw their entrance, and basically we walked from the entrance to a wing, which was a good distance. They're set up to where people are a good distance from administration, which I wasn't really happy with. If my sister were to be there and she needed administrative business to be conducted, it would be very difficult for her to get there. It was quite clean. There seemed to be the occasional attendant in each wing, but I didn't see a lot of people milling about. It was nice to see that it was not too crowded, but on the same token it was also disconcerting that people were so far apart from help. The staff member was conscientious, and I connected well with them. She was quite friendly with the help, and courteous with the clients. I would still give them a very high score because they are a premium facility. They are selective in their clientele. They explained that people needing more than one person in attendance were not good applicants. My sister is not a good applicant, not that she needed more than one attendant at a time, but because she needed an attendant to get her up. That would mean someone would have to be with her, and that's not something that they're geared to do."

"Our visit to Maple guest home in Hemet left us thoroughly impressed. The community boasts an impressive array of amenities that cater to the resident's needs and interests. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The facility staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable. Although we didn't have the opportunity to sample the food firsthand, our visit coincided with lunchtime, and it was heartening to see the residents thoroughly enjoying their meals. The positive feedback from those around us confirmed the quality of the dining experience. The community offers an impressive range of amenities, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The kitchen, dining area, and bedrooms were all beautifully designed and maintained. I decided to move my father into this facility and I am very happy with it. "I toured Vineyard Ranch at Temecula for my dad. Just based on the tour, the community seemed very accepting, very open, and very compassionate. They seemed to have a lot of activities for the residents, both in assisted care and in the memory care. The staff was very welcoming when I first arrived there. They were very, very knowledgeable about disease processes, and how to manage the residents when they have their memory issues, forgetfulness, and possibly behavioral issues based on their situation. I felt very comfortable. The facility looked very clean and inviting. They had a lot of activities which would help incorporate all of the residents. I was very pleased, very happy, and very comfortable when I stepped into the community. I would describe the rooms as comfortable. They weren't too small, but not too big. They were just enough clean. They were homey with a lot of natural light. It felt comfortable, like a normal room that somebody would be comfortable to lay and sleep in. In the memory care, it was very family oriented. The dining area was very open and comfortable. They sat as a family. I walked through during their lunch time and the smells were very inviting. I think it was very clean. The person that toured us around was amazing. I believe he was the director."

"I am waiting for an opening in Manzanita Village at Rancho Belago. I only saw a private room. But what I saw was very clean and organized. To me, they're very caring people. They have different activities at certain times of day. Three meals a day are provided. If you have diet restrictions, they follow that, too. They have their own medical team. I am waiting for what they call a two-bedroom. I would have my own bedroom and bathroom, but I would share a living space."

"My wife was admitted after a total knee replacement. The entire staff at the village were all so caring, and always professional. It seemed like they read her mind when ever she wanted something, they were already there.. We cannot say enough about the Village, The rooms were spic and span, the food was always hot, the therapists are kind, and patient., What a wonderful place to heal. Thank You "

"My mother lives in Brookdale Sunwest. It's a community, but she doesn't have people around her. She's in independent living at the moment. She's been there seven years, so it's fine. All they do is provide food. They clean every other week. Other than that, they don't have much to do with the people. My mom has a two-bedroom villa, so she has a garage, a patio, two-bedroom, two-bath. She has her own place. They have a cafeteria and community room. They cook and she pays for the food. They have a pool, a library, a hairdresser, and activities. It's a lovely place. It's expensive, none of them are cheap, but it's a nice place. Everybody's friendly."

"Citiview Residential Care is just a six-bed home. It is located in a nice area of Riverside. It's got a well manicured lawn, and the place looks nice. It sits on an acre lot, so it's a pretty big piece of ground that they have. They have two caregivers in the day and two caregivers at night, and one lady that stays there and lives there. So, that's a pretty good ratio for six people. They take everybody out in the backyard once a day, and they cater to their individual meals. It's cozy and more like a home. They have a shared room but you don't have to bring your own furniture because they provide that for you. I would probably put my mom here because it seems to be a really nice place. The landscaping is really nice, but the carpet was kind of stained, and the bathroom rugs need to be replaced."
