"I'm in Wildomar Senior Assisted Living. They're just hard workers. They clean the rooms really well. They do a great job. It's like, if you're in a motel or a high-priced hotel, they clean it, make the beds, or if you have a dirty cup of coffee or something, they'll wash it for you without even asking. Plus they do your laundry here too. You just turn it in and they fold it for you, hang it up and bring it back clean, fresh, and it smells good. It's not really an apartment, but it's a small room. Two live in each room. It has a microwave, a sink, a couple of tables and dressers for our stuff. The TVs are supplied. They have really good TVs here. It's nice. It's comfortable. They have activities every day. They have bingo, volleyball, singing, and karaoke. They always have like birthday parties and stuff for people here. The other day, we had a birthday party for a guy that turned 104 and he's really in good shape. They always try and give us something special all the time because a lot of the guests here are pretty old. Some of them really need to be looked after and they do that. There's dementia and they keep an eye on them really good. The staff is great. They're really caring. It's a good value."

"I toured Ivy Park at Murrieta, and I almost went with them. The thing I liked most was their very friendly staff, who were very accommodating. Their food was top-notch. It's even better than the other place. It was like restaurant-style food. It was so good and would have been a doable place, but it cost more. It's a very new place, so that's why it's bright. It was even brighter than the place I would have to go to, and the rooms were very nice."

"Brookdale Murrieta was a little expensive, but it did have a nursing staff, so I liked it for that reason. The rooms were very nice, and they were upstairs, but there was an elevator. The place is beautiful, nice, and well-kept. They have different activities and a game room. The dining room is so nice. It's like going to a restaurant because there are white tablecloths and the day's menu is on the table. The food is very good. "

"I think Westmont Village is pretty good. They have a place for woodwork and sewing. There's also a pool for those who want exercise. I'm in their independent living. The staff is very helpful and they have excellent food."

"Our visit to Maple guest home in Hemet left us thoroughly impressed. The community boasts an impressive array of amenities that cater to the resident's needs and interests. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The facility staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable. Although we didn't have the opportunity to sample the food firsthand, our visit coincided with lunchtime, and it was heartening to see the residents thoroughly enjoying their meals. The positive feedback from those around us confirmed the quality of the dining experience. The community offers an impressive range of amenities, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The kitchen, dining area, and bedrooms were all beautifully designed and maintained. I decided to move my father into this facility and I am very happy with it. All the above mentioned stands truthful and they are taking really good care of my father"

"I toured Vineyard Ranch at Temecula for my dad. Just based on the tour, the community seemed very accepting, very open, and very compassionate. They seemed to have a lot of activities for the residents, both in assisted care and in the memory care. The staff was very welcoming when I first arrived there. They were very, very knowledgeable about disease processes, and how to manage the residents when they have their memory issues, forgetfulness, and possibly behavioral issues based on their situation. I felt very comfortable. The facility looked very clean and inviting. They had a lot of activities which would help incorporate all of the residents. I was very pleased, very happy, and very comfortable when I stepped into the community. I would describe the rooms as comfortable. They weren't too small, but not too big. They were just enough clean. They were homey with a lot of natural light. It felt comfortable, like a normal room that somebody would be comfortable to lay and sleep in. In the memory care, it was very family oriented. The dining area was very open and comfortable. They sat as a family. I walked through during their lunch time and the smells were very inviting. I think it was very clean. The person that toured us around was amazing. I believe he was the director."

"I am waiting for an opening in Manzanita Village at Rancho Belago. I only saw a private room. But what I saw was very clean and organized. To me, they're very caring people. They have different activities at certain times of day. Three meals a day are provided. If you have diet restrictions, they follow that, too. They have their own medical team. I am waiting for what they call a two-bedroom. I would have my own bedroom and bathroom, but I would share a living space."

"I came by to look at this facility on belalf of my elderly mom. I really liked the staff they were caring and helpful. I was also impressed with the cleanlyness of the facility. When the time comes this is the place I will bring her. "

"I love Brookdale Sunwest. I was very impressed with it. I like the setup. It is all indoors, so I feel safe for my mother. It's clean and organized. I met friendly staff. I asked about medicines, and they said they would order them. My mother would have a Life Alert device on her, which I like. They provide three meals a day. I saw some activities. They would clean the rooms. I'm really happy with them. If I had to go, I would like to be there, too. I like the furniture they have in the dining room, and I like how the lobby is set up. It's very nice. I looked at everything. The dining room was very nice. Everything was up-to-date."

"Citiview Residential Care is just a six-bed home. It is located in a nice area of Riverside. It's got a well manicured lawn, and the place looks nice. It sits on an acre lot, so it's a pretty big piece of ground that they have. They have two caregivers in the day and two caregivers at night, and one lady that stays there and lives there. So, that's a pretty good ratio for six people. They take everybody out in the backyard once a day, and they cater to their individual meals. It's cozy and more like a home. They have a shared room but you don't have to bring your own furniture because they provide that for you. I would probably put my mom here because it seems to be a really nice place. The landscaping is really nice, but the carpet was kind of stained, and the bathroom rugs need to be replaced."

"Simply put, my experience visiting this facility has been a pleasure and a breath of fresh air. Their restaurant-type dining, beauty salon, and prompt activities of daily living are just a few things I admire about this place. All of the generic fluff on the internet about how many different places to go in the area are irrelevant. They are on top of their operations whilst also having a very high resident to staff ratio. I’ve gone through the trouble of visiting everywhere within a 50-mile radius and could not find a facility to send my relative that was more genuine, professional, and consistent. When visiting my relative, I could not feel more at peace for the rest of the day knowing that he’s taken care of, comfortable, and happy. It gives me a true peace of mind. I’m no healthcare professional, however I’ve noticed how genuine, courteous, and inviting all of the staff are and when ambulating with my relative. It would be an understatement to say I was impressed!"
