If you have the ability to take your loved ones elsewhere DO IT. This place is horrible. Nurses are non existent. They’re always late on pain meds. Call button takes 30 to 40 minutes to get answered if it even does. There is one nurse here that is amazing. I believe her name is Laiken. She truly cares but she’s the only one. My mother has breast , lung and spine cancer and is under hospice care. Which means keeping her comfortable. They can’t even do that right.

This place could be a great facility. They say this is the best place in Camden, but it falls way short of a five star review. They are under-staffed when it comes to taking care of their residents. It's unacceptable when people lay in their waste for hours waiting to be changed.

My mom is at Silver Oaks Health and Rehabilitation. There's been several times when things have been stolen from her and when her call button doesn't work. She's almost blind and almost deaf, and when she asks for something, they just walk by and don't acknowledge. I think they need more staff and I think they need more compassion when they speak with and handle the patient. She has a small private room with a bathroom, and inside it has a window. It's clean and well-kept, and they clean it daily.
