My dad is a resident of Pinehills. They provide excellent care, and treat him with love and compassion. I know that the care he receives at Pinehills is better than the care we provided for him at home. While we had sitters and my husband and I were with him at home, we still could not take care of him the way the staff at Pinehills does.

My father is in the facility for stroke rehab and recovery. The facility is short staffed and not fully able to get to all the residents in a timely manner. The biggest issue is the lack of communication when it comes to Insurance issues. They don't seem to fully understand what steps they are supposed to take when filing an appeal nor do they understand timely communication about insurance issues.
