My stepdad moved into Danina's Care Home LLC and it's been wonderful. It's very much like living in your own home. It's very comfortable. They make their own food, so he's eating well. They take wonderful care of him. They are very attentive to his needs, and very welcoming to family coming in and visiting. His room is just like a bedroom that he would have at home. They actually have people come in and entertain them a couple of times a week. They read to them, they play guitar, and get them singing. I haven't found anything there I don't like.

My mother is in New Horizon's Adult Care Homes. The reason why I chose it is that it feels like a home, they're very warm, loving, and attentive. They're very thorough and they provide complete care for my mom, she needs a lot of it. She's in a place in her life where she needed also medical attention. So they were attending to her needs, including bathing and helping her get dressed. They feed her three times a day for meals. The staff is wonderful, very friendly, very caring, and very concerned. Everything is very organized, they're very friendly, and they're also on top of her medicines. She takes a lot of medicine, so they're very aware of all the medications she takes and they're on top of it and they're on schedule. They're very organized and that was very helpful to me.
