My husband was recently put into hospice care through Assured Home and Health care. From the day of contacting them they were busy setting up his care routine and supplies needed for him. The lady came and delivered, set up, and showed how to use the items he required. She wasn't in a hurry to get in and out and took the time with us. The nurses and care manager were very informative, and told what to look for and how to care for him should certain things arise. I cannot emphasize enough the loving care they not only showed for my husband , but for me and my family. I truly appreciate them all, and would highly recommend them.

We are using Assured Hospice of Centralia for my husband. We have had nurses come in and check him at least once a week. We usually had both an LPN and a nurse come in; it depends on the day. The main thing is that they have provided a wheelchair and a commode for us, which is greatly needed, and the assurance that if I have a problem with him falling or anything, all I need to do is give them a call. They have offered bathing help, but at this point I'm kind of doing it myself, just because it's kind of a personal thing for him and I'm still able to do it. As he continues to decline, that may be something I can call on. I just feel comfortable that I can call on them for anything I need day or night. They have been so pleasant, they call, and they check on us. We've had the chaplain come in, talk to us, and make sure we had everything we need. It's been a great service for me. I would definitely recommend them. Every one of them has been so pleasant.

I was assisted by the Hospice team to assure my Mom's remaindr of her life be fullfilled as pain free and easy as possible. I was my Mom's 24/7 caregiver for 11 months, the last 4 with Hospice onboard. Having the hospice team help my Mom and I thru the last months of her life made it so much easier. On my Mom and I. They fullfilled my needs and especially my Mom's. The care she recieved in medical and hygiene was awesome. Anyone from Hospice that came thru my Mom's front door were so respectful, so caring, and so helpful. I am so glad my Mom decided to have the Hospice medical team help us get thru every aspect of the process of dying at home with dignity. For that I thank-you, all of you. Sincerely, Doreen
