I was very happy with how fast they were to have someone in place for my mother. The person they sent was very caring and they both seemed to hit it off right away. Because I live in another state, the caregiver calls me often when medical needs my arise no matter how small the need. The office calls me to check on how things are going and was told the supervisor makes suprise visit to my mothers house to check on the caregiver. Due to the small town, my mother even knows of the caregivers family which made things even better for her. I'm very greatful to this agency to help my mother in her own home for as long as posible. And will depend on them to tell me when the next step should take place in the future for differant care away from her home.

August 5, 2009 Personal Touch Home Care began care for my mother in 1996 and has been caring for her up until now. The care my mother receives from Personal Touch is exceptional. Whenever I call the agency for information or have a general question, they are there to assist me with friendly and caring responses. In the event my mother becomes ill and I need additional time from the agency to care for my mother, Personal Touch is quick to aid me with that additional time, as well as work with my situation to the fullest degree. . . I cannot express my sincere appreciation for the professional, caring, loving, devoted, dependable, trustworthy caregivers that Personal Touch has enriched my mother and me with to this day.
