Dawn cares. She easily becomes a part of the family and can be trusted in the family decision making process for your loved one. We will always call Dawn for personal health care crisis intervention for our elderly loved ones and we tell others to look no further than Dawn Elledge. She is a doll and we can never thank her e-nough. She helped at the most affordable rate and was willing to take a partial pay for an on-going assessment at the nursing home. Because Dawn has long term care experience she goes to all the care plan mtgs for our loved one and advocates for us and our loved one. Just call Dawn!

About Elledge Case Management in Hendersonville, Tennessee
Elledge Case Management has one simple philosophy which is to assist loved ones of the elderly with case by case, care giving issues, because a love for the elderly is at the base of our service. Dawn Elledge, RN has over 30 yrs experience as a nurse in the experience of rehab, long term care and case management. Dawn gives personal attention to each client and takes the guess work and leg work related to finding long term care options. Dawn is an excellent referral source to assist loved ones with finding appropriate level of care. We do geriatric assessments and focus on placement issues. Dawn also enjoys family mediation and provider liaison work. Dawn will follow up on monthly basis as needed or requested. Dawn is a friend in time of need to caregivers.
