Please do not leave your loved one’s care to this company. We did have a few great providers (thank you Linda DPT and Takia LPN.), but the management was so disorganized and toxic that we were not able to get consistent care. They kept sending different people, some of them not qualified. Sometimes they didn’t even show up, or came without the materials necessary to treat my dad‘s wound. Communicating with the owner was nearly impossible, and when we did finally reach her, she was hostile and unprofessional. She would get hysterical and loud, and unable to have a discussion about plan of care and addressing concerns. All this caused a healing wound to get worse. We had to switch agencies for it to start getting better again. The added stress of dealing with this was as traumatic as the injury. We are so glad to not be dealing with KeystoneCare anymore.
