Service was extremely poor. Caregivers consistently did not show up. When the contract was cancelled and a refund for unused money was requested, the refund was almost $400.00 short. Much effort and some expense was required to receive the correct amount.

Was not impressed with there care. It seems this is a very small fly by night company. There nursing and pt service is contracted out. I asked our nurse before she tended to my father how long she has worked here. she worked for concorida and was a contracr nurse. I will not recommend
