The last girl that was here was able to come in at the beginning of her shift and do everything she needed to do. It made it easier for me. Everything that concerned her was outstanding! Towards the end she was developing dementia, so I had to do the speaking for the care. But as far as I'm concerned, in the time we had them it was always good for the most part.

They are very reliable and let me know when something isn't right with the house or my mom. The girl there with my mother is excellent. She provides excellent care, compassion, and does a lot of things for her.

If we have the regular girls, they do a good job at following the guidelines for care. I don't know that they have control of how many aides come to your home. They seem to have a lot of turnover with the workers.

I am using them for grocery shopping right now. My mother has a live-in caretaker that is there all the time, so they are not really involved with the primary care of her. They could reduce the cost. They are quite expensive.

They do some laundry and dishes. They help me get bathed and dressed. I like the older girls who are more with it. The older ones know what to do, and they do it.

She is at an assisted living facility and requires more care, so we have them. She is so happy with them. So far, they have been really reliable. We use two agencies to get the hours we need. They have staffed every shift we have needed from them, and they had actually picked up extra shifts.
