I've found this company's aides to be unreliable and unprofessional. They've been "caring" for my grandmother since before they transitioned from being Medi Care and I can testjfy that the service has become more and more mediocre. Aides don't show up at their scheduled times and no replacement is provided in most cases. Aides show up and sit around socializing instead of working. They check off on their time sheets the tasks that they've completed, but haven't. My opinion is that the "management"of this company is incompetent. Their appears to be a lack of communication between the office and field. My observation is that there's no accountability for management nor field aides. The client under the old company had been provided with schedules so they would know who to expect on any shift. Task checklists (time sheets) were in duplicate, so a copy would be left with the client, that's no longer the case, leaving room for fraud and deceit. In short I will be pulling my love one's care from this company. I haven't listed any specific details due to my limited time. I would not recommend this company to my enemies! They are 5th class!
