This Agency should just shut their doors! My sister is having to deal with them now & they don’t show up most of the time. When they do, they are have been up to 5 hrs late & they never call & let you know what’s going on. A simple phone call is just common courtesy & good business in my opinion but one this place lacks! This includes the people in charge! Skip this place people!!

This agency is really bad. The aides rarely show up and many of them steal from their clients. They also have aides who need aides of their own yet they are sent to care for others. They even had an aide who was a cutter.
