The agency and the caregivers at Comfort Keepers are exceptional. They do the cooking, the cleaning, companionship, and making sure she gets her medication. They also take her to the senior center twice a week. They're very caring, very compassionate, and reliable. I can't think of enough adjectives to describe them, they have been wonderful.

My parents are using Comfort Keepers now. We started about one month ago, and they are very professional. The owner of the company came to my mother and father's house, gathering information, and said she had a caregiver that would fit their personality. When that was arranged, a caseworker and the caregiver came together for another two hours and talked to my parents. The caseworker left and the caregiver stayed. They are working out well together. They provide everything except medical, i.e., shopping, light housekeeping, errands, driving, and companionship. I recommend them because they're thorough, extremely gentle, and conscientious. They have a clearance form for any kind of felony. They make sure that these strangers would become family, that this is long term, and they will be providing them with the caregiver that they will get to know, and we will not have different faces in the home. I'm a very satisfied client.
