My mother was at this hospice. It is a well designed, upper-end modern facility, and has a very warm ambiance: it does not feel like a sterile hospital. The head nurses are very responsive. They have comfortable lounge areas, and allow visitors to stay overnight, either in the same room as the resident, or in rooms that are not occupied. Some of the helper staff seem less skilled and not well trained: one of them kept bringing food after my mother could no longer take solid food. But overall, a good experience for both the resident and the family.
