My aunt was cared by Affinity Homehealth for a period of time but we had to cancel the service because we had some issue with their home health aide. The home health aide they sent to my aunt refused to clean my aunt's apartment. She lives in an senior apartment. The home health aide was always late to my aunt's house without letting her know. After few weeks, we requested for a different home health aide. It took them about a week to send someone. The second home health aide was always late to my aunt's house. She refused to prepare meals for my aunt and told her that we will need to cook her meals and store them in the fridge. She would only warm it up but not going to cook anything. My aunt asked her to call the pharmacy to refill the medication, but the aide would not do it. She told my aunt that she won't be able to do it. We had to cancel the service and switch to another company because of all these issues. It was an horrible experience.
