For her, it was helpful because she didn't have to do things herself, but I did so much. I had a checklist put on the fridge and none of it was done. The laundry was never done, her bathroom was filthy. I think it was just a number of things. It was very chaotic. I felt like I was working there, and I had to manage phone calls. There were always a change in schedule. I don't blame anyone but the system itself. Trying to get people to come for her schedule was hard. And some of the people she had, I feel shouldn't have been in that business. I'm so glad I don't have to deal with it.

Ashley was very caring and compassionate and my mom makes Star wake her up to tell her she loves her before she leaves because that's how much she loves her caregiver.

The services were a waste. They did not know what they were doing. My mother was bedridden and non responsive. We were bathing her and changing her diaper and she could not do that. I saw how it was supposed to be done and it was horrific. I had to tell her multiple times to stop doing something. One time she yelled at me when I was helping and told me I was doing her job. Their first caregiver left my appalled by the things she did. They need better training.

It assures me that there is someone in the house with them. It eases my mind for sure. My mother says they are fabulous, and she was originally resisting the idea of someone being in the home. They are highly professional and I think the home health aides that they send to the house are really excellent.

There was one instance where they couldn't cover and there have been newer aides who haven't been able to manage the case. They could have consistency of caregivers.

My mother doesn't or thinks she doesn't need them. They sat around not doing much for the majority of the time. They should be more assertive, especially with older people. They were all nice. We just needed routine. It was easy to do business with and the caregivers are nice

The one thing I noticed when the caregivers went there is that they just sat there. They were there when she needed them, but they could've been more proactive. I already have recommended them. They were reliable and dependable.

They babied my mother. There was one person that was a wonderful caregiver.

They improved our daily life. It was a matter of timing. I could have afforded to have them here more, but because it was priced so high, it didn't make sense. The pricing was very high for the level of training the caregivers had.
