My mom has been using ComForCare for a couple of years now. We were using ComForCare to help with my father, which probably began maybe the beginning of 2018. Actually we probably had at least a 2-year relationship. My father passed away but we continued to use their services for my mom. It has all been very positive from our perspective. When they were helping with my father, he needed more care, more support, meaning he had the medical issues and was not as able to take care of himself, so not just showering or going to the bathroom or things of that sort, and so we had people there beginning overnight actually maybe seven days a week at least eight hours a day until we got to know several of the different caregivers who were covering those shifts. I would say we had, by and large, a very good experience with all of them. There was an issue with one or two caregivers, maybe a little too young or junior for the nature of the role and the responsibilities, and so ComForCare is very good about finding the right people and/or making sure me and my brothers were comfortable. We're replacing somebody early on who just wasn't the right fit, so they were super helpful and responsive and all the things that you would want in that kind of situation. So they have been very good to deal with throughout. My mother's situation is a little different. She is still able to care for herself and so we have somebody coming four or five days a week. One of the caregivers, she was working at my father, has continued now to work with my mother and that's also continued to be positive. They have been very good to work with. I have no issues. No complaints.

I have been using ComFor Care since April 2020 for my mother. They were able to find us a mature aide to help provide the needed services that my mother needs in a very confidential and well-delivered manner. It made us very pleased with the individual they put forth to have us help our needs. Currently, my mother requires 24/7 in-home care. She is not bedridden but she is not mobile. She has to have help transitioning from the bed to the wheelchair, she has to have assistance with toileting, hygiene, and bathing. They provide meals to her. They also provide the necessary cleaning or taking out the diapers, etc. They are providing an excellent service for us to meet my mother's requirements.

I'm using ComForCare for my mother. They're very good. We have one caregiver and she has been excellent. My mother really likes her. She helps with bathing, with preparing food, she helps with taking her to and from the bathroom, and just keeping her comfortable. The scheduling is very good. They're dedicated, they provide excellent service, they're reachable, and they seem to really care about their business and about their patients.

We are using ComForCare. They're great. They're part of a service that provides transportation as well as other kinds of services for my dad. He is very happy with them, which makes me very happy with them.

ComForCare is a very good company. We have very good experiences with them. The caregivers are great. We appreciate everything that they're doing. My mom is still using their services. We are very happy with ComForCare

We hired ComForCare for my mother. The aide was very nice. They're great. We used them for 6 weeks. Unfortunately, my mother has different needs now that's why we had to stop the service. The lady came 9am to 2pm, Monday through Friday.
