We're using Visiting Angels and don't have complaints. They're very good. The owner came and was very professional and explained everything. The caregiver seems really nice. She visits Mom every morning from Monday to Friday, and my mom is very pleased. She helps her get dressed, bathe, and do light housekeeping.

I used Visiting Angels for two weeks, but I cancelled it because the person left in the middle of her shift, never told anyone, and left my mom in bed. The caregiver would clean, take my mom to the bathroom, and shower her. It was convenient because I didn’t have to leave work.
