They show up on time, are willing to do whatever needs to be done, and take initiative. The agency introduces the people, they are very responsive when you call. They are very flexible in scheduling. I think BrightStar has been great, professional, responsive, and flexible.

They were not able to give us the hours we needed or give the attention my brother needed. It was not easily available from them. Depending on the caregiver, the people were good but they were not able to fulfill my needs very well. We were supposed to do 3 shifts but with the hours the insurance company approved we decided to do 2 shifts.
