I'm using a care management company called Halcyon Elder Care for my mom. So far, so good. They provide all levels of elder care, e.g., social services and nursing services. They also coordinate home health aides and doctors offices. Scheduling is great. They're very expensive, but I chose them because it was too much to coordinate everybody. I live far away from my mother and I just couldn't cope with calling 40 different providers and figuring it how to make it work.
