Franklin VNA & Hospice offers assistance for about 45 minutes on an irregular basis. They do physical therapy and occupational therapy. They have an LNA, and I think they even have a caseworker that you can contact. They've been great. I think it's a great service. The staff is very concerned and caring.

The caregiver was very good. We haven't got any problem with VNA. My mother can be comfortable with anybody. She's 83 years old.
