Our services help to relieve family caregiver stress while giving the older adult a daily opportunity to live life on his/her own terms regardless of any life-limiting condition. Our clients can live in the home or community of their choice especially with this signature program that we call ASSISTED LIVING IN YOUR HOME. It is best for the person who needs around-the-clock supervision & companionship & who rather remain at home instead of moving into a nursing home. We can take this service into an assisted living facility so the client can remain there for as long as they wish no matter the level of care. The service plan is designed by a registered nurse and care manager and provided by companions, in-home caregivers, and life enhancement caregivers. HOW IT WORKS & WHAT TO EXPECT: Our care manager will come out & visit to assess & to make a careful match between the care recipient & the caregiver as well as the required skill set. The client can select the type of caregiver they wish and the hourly rate they prefer to pay based on their unique situation.
