"We did have to learn as we went through process. Communication has been great from the first day. They get right back to us by email or phone. They do follow our instructions and leave notes when needed. Our mom was nervous to have someone in her home- but after the first week enjoys all the caregivers. They sat outside this summer/ fall chatted over coffee, baked , trips to store, drive- thru to get a treat, doctors appointments. Or watch tv and relaxed. Or maybe they washing sheets, making a meal, light cleaning, help plugging in hearing aides, so many things Ready to jump in for whatever is needed that day! Huge help to her family! She is safe and she loves everyone! Tells us right away what her and a caregivers did that day. She has positive things to talk about now. The staff arrives in time and we get notified, by the agency if any issues or concerns. They have a 24 hr phone line to call if needed. "

"My mother-in-law was using hospice care at St. Croix Hospice. They come in and make sure that their patients are being well taken care of. Hospice was in there making sure that she was just comfortable and getting the proper medication, getting on towards the end. They were able to assist that if my mother-in-law needed some extra comfort medication, she got it. Everything that St. Croix did was very good. I would recommend them for anybody who is looking for that comfort care through hospice or regular hospice care. St. Croix is very competent."
