CorsoCare Hospice was the worst when my dad died. He died in his room in an assisted living community. I went into his room to clean it, and they left behind a document next to the bed with the last minutes of his life documented, minute-by-minute. I was forced to see the document of his final moments laid out like a register for anyone to see. It was reckless and sloppy for anyone to leave behind. It was also traumatizing to have to see that after he died. I also left a message for one woman who was the contact for our family and she never returned my call. They were appalling.
