I have used this agency for 6 months. The aides are ok, but the office staff needs improving. Whenever I have questions about my mothers care or the schedule I get the run around. I’m still waiting for a call back from last week. It’s very disheartening to say the least.

My mother’s aide never showed up yesterday. We called the office and we were told that they “ forgot “ to schedule someone for her. Third time. I’m done with these bozos.

I am really happy with the services they provide my father. He is much happier now that he has some help and can stay in his home.

My mother has been a client for five years. They were reliable for the first year or so. My mother had the same caretaker for a couple of years. Now she gets a new one every time 3x per week a new semi- experienced person who has no idea how to work with a person with dementia. I have to stand by and prompt the caregiver and calm my mother who is uncomfortable having strangers come in to wash her three times a week. The company tells us every six weeks or so that they have someone "permanent" for us who comes a few times and disappears. Very unprofessional. Company phoned at 10:30 pm to tell me the name of the new caregiver coming tomorrow morning. Would not recommend TLC @ home Gloucester/Peabody.

We hired TLC Home. They were prompt and provided what we needed. The only desire that I had that they did not provide was having someone here early in the morning.

It can be very difficult trying to convince a parent that they need in-home care. The more I tried to help, the more overwhelmed I became. The caregiver I received through TLC@Home cared for both of my parents as if they were her own. She was professional, reliable, and consistently exceeded my expectations. They truly adore their caregiver and to my surprise have even requested to increased services.
