I've been using Arcadia New England Home Care for 11 months now. It is wonderful. There is a home aide that comes in and she cleans and does whatever I ask. She goes and runs for groceries or chores that I need done. She is just wonderful. If you could take her and clone her into a million different people, that would be a wonderful thing. Her name is Sonia. She appears for two-and-a-half hours a week. Amy, the head of that office, is wonderful and is very sweet. When Sonia can't make it, Amy will call and let me know and we chat. It was a very big thing for me to ask for help and have strangers come in here and they made it wonderful.

I've been using Arcadia New England Home Care for a few years now. I have somebody that comes in the house once a week helping me around the house, cleaning the bathrooms and the kitchens, etc., things I can't do because of my health. She comes in once a week from 9:30 to 1:00 for three-and-a-half hours. I love her to death. I had other people before her, and it didn't go as well as I had expected. This new girl works out very well for me. She takes care of my needs. She offers if there's anything she can do.

I've been a client of Arcadia New England Home Care for four months now. They come five days a week. They want to come on weekends, but I have my family that helps me. They are here two hours a day. They do whatever I need, cleaning, shower, everything. It's very nice.

Audriana is a superb housecleaner. She's thorough, punctual, kind, and thoughtful in everything she does. My dad with stage 4 cancer finds her indispensable! Amy, the Arcadia office manager is detail oriented, communicative, and friendly. We couldn't be in better hands!

I'm using Arcadia New England Home Care. They're very thorough, on time and just really compassionate. They come in two hours on Tuesday, four hours on Thursday, and two hours on Friday. I have two different caregivers. They do cleaning, they help me with different things, they help me wash, and just whatever I need. If I got sick, they'll help me with my bed clothes, my dishes, and my floors. The agency is wonderful. I'm very happy. Amy, the lady that runs it, is unbelievable. She's one of the best.

Arcadia has been very helpful with care for my mother. We have some been connected with some really great caregivers. Management is also very responsive and open to working together to find the right fit for my Mom.
