a lot of NOTHING

communication,respect and following the guideline issued to client and family in their Client Welcome and Information Packet is non-existant. About one month later now with continual attempt on my part to communicate,we still have not recieved my moms plan of care. Finally with insults and confrontations from my moms plan coordinator it has been left at her home for me to see next time I visit., In order to help make things be clearer on the small chores, I spoke with Heather S., my moms coordinator about them on the phone and she thought they were reasonable, and she would speak with Agnes, my moms aide about what she thought (so funny, she was already doing most of them) I left a printed copy for my moms aide at moms house and one for Heather. All heck broke lose when next I spoke with both of them. I was not allowed to make my moms plan thats what her job was and the nurse. Well, nurse didn,t leave a written plan as required,and supposedly Heather was out of town when I spoke with her according to the aide so I couldn't possibly have spoken to her...lol. The aide when I tired to explain, handed the phone to my mom WHILE I WAS SPEAKING!!! First time an aide hasn,t kept open information with me.I would think it vital and helpful in improving your loved ones experience in their last years. I'm not bitter, just angry that everything is so different than what is written on web site, in broshure,etc. The old saying exists....PAPER WILL HOLD WHATEVER YOU WRITE ON IT. Sabrina Wiles
