If I need schedule adjustments or if they have schedule adjustments, they always communicate with me and let me know. They match me up very good with the caregiver. I've had two permanent caregivers so far and both were good. One I think is no longer with the company, but the one I have now is awesome. I get housekeeping. I get help with vacuuming my floors, cleaning my bathrooms, making my bed and things like that. No personal care. I think it's a very good company."

Jennifer and Marsha are always available for any questions and transitions to new aides. The aides are very professional and compassionate. They have all made it possible for my cousin and her husband to remain in their own home. One aide in particular, Jamie needs to be acknowledged for her outstanding services. Jamie is the morning weekly aide and has developed a relationship with my cousin. My cousin looks forward to Jamie coming every day and waits for her at the door. Jamie and my cousin interact throughout the day which helps my cousin with her aphasia. Jamie is very patient and includes my cousin in daily activities, as well as helping her with her speech therapy homework. Jamie has helped my cousin regain some of her communication skills and makes my cousin feel calm at home and brings some normalcy in the home. Jamie also recognizes the need for my cousin to get out, especially when she requests it. She has taken her out for car rides, walks with her outside the perimeter of the residence, and to Panera. Jamie does what she can to make my cousin happy. In addition to the emotional aspect, Jamie also takes care of their household chores and prepares fabulous meals. She and I communicate daily. She lets me know what she needs that will help her make it more comfortable and safe for them. She is very attentive and assertive. I admire those qualities in her. Jamie is a very caring and loving caregiver and should be given the accolades she greatly desires. She exhibits the care and concern as if she was a member of our family. She goes above and beyond her duties. She also is very attentive to my cousin's husband and provides the same services for him. I am reviewing as guardian for my cousin.
